You taking a bell curve and applying it to an individual, which doesn't work logically. For example: men are generally taller than women. But, there are plenty of women who are 5'9" and plenty of men who are 5'6". So, saying "men are taller than women" isn't really accurate on an individual level. The same is true for psychological traits.
